泡沫除尘技术在煤巷掘进中的应用

摘    要:泡沫设备开启前后回风中的全尘质量浓度平均为341.14 mg/m3和89.03 mg/m3,泡沫除尘技术对全尘的除尘效率为73.9%;泡沫设备开启前后回风中呼吸性粉尘质量浓度为117.34 mg/m3和23.10 mg/m3,泡沫除尘技术对呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率为81.3%。泡沫除尘技术除尘效率高,耗水量小,是煤矿井下除尘的主要发展方向之一。

Abstract:Foam equipments in the open air and dust density average is 341.14 mg/m3,89.03 mg/m3,the dust removal efficiency is 73.9%.Foam equipments before and after the open return air dust concentration of 117.34 mg/m3,23.10 mg/m3,foam dust removal technology to the dust removal efficiency is 81.3%.Foam dust removal technology makes high efficiency,small water consumption,and underground coal mine is one of the main development directions of dust removal.
