商用车驾驶室悬置隔振系统设计

摘    要:利用ABAQUS软件对驾驶室进行了自由模态分析,得到了驾驶室的固有频率和振型;结合隔振器布置原则确定了隔振器的支撑方式和布置位置;建立了驾驶室的双层隔振系统数学模型;设计了该系统的刚度和阻尼;对隔振系统进行了隔振率台架实验,通过MATLAB软件处理实验数据得到隔振系统的隔振率.结果显示,隔振系统的隔振效果良好.

Abstract:Some free modal parameters of the cab suspension for one commercial vehicle are analyzed in ABAQUS, acquiring its natural frequency and mode shapes. According to the layout principle of the vibration isolator, both its supporting method and the mounting position are determined. A mathematical model for the cab suspension is established with a double-layer vibration isolation construction, and the stiffness and damping of the isolator are designed. The effectiveness of the system is evaluated on a test bench, and the transmissibility of the system is calculated from the experiment data in MATLB. The results show that the system has a good isolation effect.
