| 摘 要： | 为精确测量小型船舶柴油机瞬态油耗，利用椭圆转子流量计的测量原理，设计了一种船舶柴油机油耗仪表，并在喷油泵试验台上模拟6135柴油机各工况的喷油试验，以验证该油耗仪测量的准确性．实验结果表明，该测量系统工作稳定、准确性较高，在模拟柴油机怠速工况和额定工况时误差分别为0．8％和0．6％，满足柴油机实际工作测量精度要求．

| Abstract: | In order to accurately measure its transient fuel consumption of a small marine diesel engine, a fuel consumption meter is designed by means of the measuring principle of an oval gear flow-meter. The fuel injection tests of a 6135 diesel engine under various working conditions are simulated on an injection pump test-bed for verifying the accuracy of the fuel consumption meter. The experimental results show that the meter works stably with a higher precision, and its relative errors are O. 8% and 0.6% under both idling mode and rated condition respective accuracy. meeting the requirements of the measurement |
