减振器试验台控制系统研究

摘    要:以机械式减振器试验台为应用背景,介绍其控制系统的设计思路和实现方案,应用LabVIEW与变频器之间串口通信原理及自动控制原理,最终实现减振器试验台激振频率控制和激振头位置控制,通过该虚拟仪器软件良好的人机交换界面,完成减振器试验台控制系统的自动控制.

Abstract:Taking a mechanical damper test bench as an application background, the design ideas and the implementation plans of its control system are introduced. With the help of serial communication principle and automatic control theory, the control of both its excitation frequency of the bench and its vibration exciter position on the bench is achieved between LabVIEW and a frequency converter. By means of the man-machine interface of the virtual instrument, the damper test bench can be easily automatically controlled.
