| 摘 要： | 介绍了３８ＳＭｎ２ＢＲＥ铸钢的化学成分、组织性能、制定了多种的冶炼及热处理工艺；工业实验表明，所研制低合金马氏体铸风球同衬板的相对耐磨性是高锰钢（ＺＧＭｎ１３）的衬板的１．５倍。

| Abstract: | The chemical composition,microstructure and mechanical Properties of the testing cast steel are introduced in this paper. The smelting and heat treatment process is put forward. Industrial testing shows that the relative wear resistance of the low alloy martensitic cast steel mill liners is 1.5 time longer than that of high manganese cast steel mill liners. |
