分析纯的甲醇、甲醛化学试剂替代试验

摘    要:利用中海石油建滔化工有限公司生产的工业甲醇替代市售分析纯甲醇测定尿素产品中的水分,利用中海石油环保气体有限公司生产的甲醛替代市售分析纯甲醛测定尿素装置尿液中的CO2和尿素。经多次反复对比试验结果表明:生产的甲醇与甲醛的主要质量指标优于所购买的分析纯甲醇与甲醛试剂,替代后对分析结果无影响,完全能满足分析测试的需要。

Abstract:Used industrial grade methanol produced by Jiantao Chemical Co., Ltd., CNOOC to replace analytical pure methanol available in the market to determine water content in urea. used formaldehyde produced by Environment Protection Gas Co., Ltd., CNOOC to replace analytical pure formaldehyde available in the market to determine CO2 and urea content in urea solution. It was indi- cated by repeated comparative tests that the main specifications of methanol and formaldehyde produced by the two CNOOC companies are superior to those of the analytical pure reagents in the mar- ket. The replacement has no influence on the analytical results, which can completely satisfy the requirements of testing and analysis.
