| 摘 要： | 学习型组织理论是20世纪90年代以来,在管理理论与实践中发展起来的一种新的管理理念。运用这一理论,在高校辅导员队伍中创建学习型组织,有利于提高辅导员队伍的素质,培养团队精神,对新形势下学生思想政治工作的创新具有现实意义。
