摘    要:提出了一种新的粗苯精制废酸的处理方法——预处理氧化法,并探讨了其工艺条件。实验结果表明:用预处理氧化法处理废酸,废酸中的CODcr由1.356×105mg/L降至1.63×104mg/L,CODcr的去除率达88%,再生酸可回用于硫铵生产。该法具有操作简单,无二次污染及经济效益好等优点,具有很好的市场应用前景。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a new method,i.e.pretreatment-oxidation,to process the waste acid from refining of crude benzene,and in the mean time it discusses relevant process conditions.The result indicates that after the pretreatment oxidation process,the CODcr number in the spent sulfuric acid falls down from 1.356×105mg/L to 1.63×104mg/L,and the percentage of CODcr removal can reach up to 88%.Regenerated acid can be used to produce ammonia sulfate.This method has the advantages of easy operation,no secondary pollution and good economic benefit.And thus its application can find great market prospects.
