高压开关罐体低压铸造凝固数值模拟研究

摘    要:根据低压铸造凝固理论,利用Z-Cast数值模拟软件,针对高压开关罐体的低压铸造凝固过程进行了数值模拟研究.确定了合理的浇注系统和工艺参数,并进行了实际生产验证.结果表明:模拟结果与实际生产情况吻合很好,罐体的力学性能、气密性等满足DIN1725标准.

Abstract:In the paper, aiming to tank for high voltage switchgear, low pressure die casting solidification process simulation is studied by z-cast simulation software on the basis of the characteristics of low pressure die casting solidification theory. Reasonable runner system and process parameters are ascertained, which are validated by practical applications. The results indicate practical applications are in relatively good agreement with simulations, moreover, the mechanical properties and leakproofness of the type of tank have satisfied DIN1725 standard.
