摘    要:为制备纳米CaCO3复合内墙涂料,探讨了分散剂种类、分散剂用量、料浆浓度、分散时间和温度等因素对纳米CaCO3分散的影响,其优化工艺条件:CaCO3料浆浓度为15%,钛酸酯偶联剂的用量为CaCO3的3%,分散时间1h。考察了纳米CaCO3复合内墙涂料的触变性、耐洗刷性和对比率等。结果表明,掺入纳米CaCO3,可显著改善复合内墙涂料的耐洗刷性和触变性,当涂料中纳米CaCO3的加入量约为4%时,耐洗刷性最佳。

Abstract:In order to prepare nano-CaCO3 composite interior architectural coatings,the influence of several factors,which included varieties of dispersing agent and its dosage,dispersing time,temperature et al,on the dispersion of nano-CaCO3 was investigated.The technological conditions are obtained,which are as followsnano CaCO3 concentration is 15% in suspension,titanate coupling agent dosage is 3% of nano-CaCO3 and dispersing time is lh.The thixotropy,scrub resistance and contrast ratio of nano-CaCO3 composite interior architectural coating swere studied.The results show that the thixotropy and scrub resistance of nano-CaCO3 composite coatings are improved obviously. The best scrub resistance can he obtained when nano-CaCO3 dosage is about 4% in coatings.
