碳酸钙对BaTiO_3系PTC热敏电阻电性能的影响

摘    要:研究了碳酸钙对BaTiO3 系PTC热敏电阻电性能的影响。结果表明,随着钙加入量的增加,BaTiO3 的低温相变点, 移向更低的温度; 促进烧成时芯片的致密化; 使BaTiO3 晶粒尺寸几乎呈线性下降; 使晶粒、晶界电阻下降; α、Rm ax/Rm in 无大的变化, ρ25增大, Vb 提高。碳酸钙的理化指标, 对PTC热敏电阻电性能也有很大影响, 据此推荐了BaTiO3 系PTC热敏电阻用CaCO3 的技术标准

Abstract:ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS & MATERIALS (China),Vol.18,No.5,P.17 19(Oct.1999).In Chinese. The effects of CaCO 3 on the electrical properties of BaTiO 3 based PTC thermistors are studied.The results show that with the increase of the added Ca,the transformation temperature of BaTiO 3 goes down.Therefore,sintered disks are more compact,the crystal grains and grain boundary reduces, ρ 25 and V b increase but α , R max / R min remains almost the same.Furthermore,the physical and chemical properties of CaCO 3 also have an effect on the electric properties of PTC thermistors;there upon,the technical specifications related are recommended.(7 refs.)
