摘    要:研究了HCl中50 Hz交流电侵蚀下,电解槽电极布置对电解电容器用高纯铝箔的侵蚀均匀性的影响。结果表明, 随电解槽导电石墨电极浸入深度的增加,侵蚀铝箔的失重和比容趋于不均匀分布。随铝箔电解槽石墨间距增大, 侵蚀铝箔的失重和比容趋于均匀分布。直接通电侵蚀铝箔的失重和比容分布均匀性优于铝箔电场通电, 在理论上分析了原因。

ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS & MATERIALS (China), Vol 18, No 6, P 14 15 (Dec 1999) In Chinese Al foil for low voltage electrolytic capacitor is etched by AC current in hot hydrochloric and sulfuric acid. Effects of etching cell graphite electrode on distributive homogeneity of etched Al weight and capacitance in etched aluminum foil are studied. The etching cell graphite electrode had definite effect on etched Al weight and capacitance of etched foil. As the electrodes go deeper in HCl solution, the homogeneity tends to be worse; as the distance between two graphite electrodes increases, the homogeneity tends to be better; the homogeneity is better when current fed directly to the Al foils than through electric field.
