摘    要:研究了热老化及老化过程对高分子PTC材料电阻值的影响, 电老化对耐流、耐压、耐雷击等电性能的影响。结果表明, 不同的热老化条件可使高分子PTC材料电阻值发生不同程度的变化, 电老化可有效改善其电性能。

Abstract:ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS & MATERIALS (China), Vol 18, No 6, P 7 8 (Dec 1999) In Chinese The effect of hot aging on the value of resistance of polymer PTC, and the effect of electric aging on its electric properties, such as the over current withstanding characteristic, voltage withstanding characteristic, thunder withstanding characteristic are investigated. The results show that change of hot aging conditions would cause change of polymer PTC resistance; electric aging can improve its electric properties effectively. (5 refs.)
