摘    要:研究了GCr15钢基体上火焰喷涂FeNiBSi合金的超塑性及其变形,以及超塑变形时涂层与基材间的协调关系,涂层合金经超塑变形后,其内部孔洞消失,涂层与基材之间产生冶金结合。

Abstract:The compressive superplastic tests at constant temperature were carried out on flame sprayed FeNiBSi alloy coating on GCrls steel. The relationship of superplastic deformation between the coating and the substrate was investigated. After deformed superplastically, the internal cavities in the FeNiBSi alloy coating may be disappeared. and the bonding interface between the coating and the substrate may be metallurgically welded.
