| 摘 要： | 运用业务流程图绘制方法，按照劳动保护监督检查的分级原则、责任原则和简捷原则，对基层工会劳动保护监督检查工作进行流程化梳理，并借鉴相关表单化文本，规范监督检查的内容和过程，以实现基层工会劳动保护监督检查流程的标准化闭环管理，消除因人员变更对该项工作的不利影响，达到维护员工健康权益、保持企业安全生产的目的。

| Abstract: | By means of drawing method of business flow chart, according to principles of grade of supervision and inspection of labor protection, responsibility and simplification, we carded in the way of flow chart supervision and inspection of labor protection of trade union of root level with relative table and list file, standardized content and process of supervision and inspection so as to realize standardized close ring management of supervision and inspection of labor protection flow chart eliminate negative influence to this work because of personnel change to achieve the aim of maintain employees＇ health right and interests, keep safe production in the enterprise. |
