广域测量系统及其在华东电网的应用

摘    要:随着电网的发展和电力市场的推进,电力系统运行的复杂程度日益增大。作为电网动态实时监测的新技术和重要手段,广域测量系统(WideAreaMeasurementSystem,简称WAMS)对电网的安全稳定运行发挥了重要的作用。国内外对WAMS的研究和应用都相当重视。介绍了华东电网中的WAMS及其应用经验,以及华东电网正在研发的新一代WAMS,即广域监视分析和系统保护系统(WideAreaMonitoringAnalysisPro tection control,简称WAMAP)。

Abstract:With the development of the power grids and the advancement of the power market, the operation of the electric power systems is becoming more and more complicated. As a new technology and an important approach for the dynamic real-time monitoring of the power grid, the Wide Area Measurement System (WAMS) has played a magnificent role for the safe and stable operation of the power grids. The study and application of WAMS home and abroad have gained considerable attention. The WAMS in the East China Power Grid and its application experience were introduced in the paper, as well as the new generation of WAMS developed, also known as the Wide Area Monitoring Analysis Protection-control (WAMAP) in the East China Power Grid.
