大跨度双曲组合扭壳屋盖结构设计分析

摘    要:以宁夏石嘴山惠农群众文化活动中心为工程实例,对复杂的大跨度双曲组合扭壳屋盖的设计进行探讨。利用3D3S分析软件的网壳结构设计模块,对组合扭壳的抗风性能进行详细分析,并与风洞试验结果进行对比;采用地震反应谱分析方法对组合扭壳结构进行抗震性能分析。通过对大跨度组合扭壳屋盖结构的设计分析,总结设计经验,分析橡胶垫支座所起的隔振作用,并介绍支座水平推力的释放及节点处理措施,为今后类似工程的设计提供参考。

Abstract:The design of long span hyperbolic paraboloid combined torsion shell roof is discussed, taking Shizuishan Center of Mass Culture in Ningxia for example. Using 3D3S software with structural design of the module shell, the wind-resistance performance of the hyperbolic paraboloid combined torsion shell roof is analyzed, whose results are compared with the wind tunnel test results. Seismic resistance performance of combined torsion shell roof is analyzed by seismic response spectrum analysis method. The successful experiences are summed up by designing and analyzing the combined torsion shell roof, the vibration isolator of rubber support, the treatment of level thrust release and joint detail are proposed to provide a valuable reference.
