水布垭水电站库区移民分散安置的实践

水布垭水电站从实际出发，采取就地后靠安置，投亲靠友安置，利用闲置资源安置和政府调剂安置四种方式分散安置库区移民。实践证明分散安置效果良好：一是有利于加快移民搬迁安置的速度；二是有利于移民安居乐业发家致富；三是有利于社会安定、团结稳定。

Practice of disperse-resettlement for Shuibuya Hydropower Station

According to the concrete conditions of Shuibuya Hydropower Station we adopted the following four measures for disperse resettlement resettling the local inhabitants into near lands encouraging them to go and live with relatives resettling them by providing with idle material resources and resettling them by local government. The practice showed that such disperse resettlement has gained good effectiveness. Firstly It is favorable to speed up the resettlement process. Secondly it is also favorable to make relocated people to live and work in peace and contentment. Thirdly and most importantly it's good to form the stability and comity of our society
