平衡分解率模拟分解炉工艺特性

摘    要:应用高温、悬浮态气固反应试验台测得的碳酸钙平衡分解率,建立了分解炉的数学模型,并针对某水泥厂的物料及工艺参数进行了分解炉工艺特性模拟实验,提出了用平衡因子评价实际分解炉状态的概念,其模拟结果与实际情况有很好的可比性。这种模型可用于各种类型分解炉的工艺特性研究、工业设计和生产控制。

Abstract:A mathematical model for the precalciner was established based on the CaCO3 equilibrium decomposition ratio obtained by using a test apparatus of high temperatue gss-solid suspension reaction. The simulation test of the process performance of the precalciner was carried out by using this model and the operating parameters of a cement plant. and a equilibrium factor was proposed in order to estimate the operating state of the precalciner. The simulation results are comparable with the practical condition. Furthermore,this model can be used for the study of the process Performance, industry design and production control of various cement precalciners.
