摘    要:采用固定床流动反应装置研究了添加贵金属Pt的Ni/α-Al2O3催化剂对甲烷部分氧化制取合成气的催化活性;考察了不同Pt添加量、CH4/O2配比、反应温度、空速等因素对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,Ni/Al2O3添加Pt后其活性和CO及H2的选择性明显提高

Abstract:The activity of Pt doped Ni/Al 2O 3 catalysts for direct oxidation of methane to synthesis gas has been studied by using a fixed bed flow reactor. It is found by examining the effects of doped amount of Pt, CH 4/O 2 ratios, reaction temperature, flow rate on catalytic property that the activity and selectivities for CO and H 2 of Pt doped Ni/Al 2O 3 are much better than Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst, which did not deactivate during 100 hours on stream with the carbon space velocity of 1.5×10 5h -1 . The amount of carbon deposited on the catalyst is not evident, indicating that Ni/Al 2O 3 doped with Pt has high resistence to carbon deposition.
