| 摘 要： | 邓小平法制思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,为建立与社会主义市场经济相适应、具有中国特色的新的社会主义法律模式指明了方向.研究邓小平法制思想的形成对于加强社会主义法制建设、增加全国人民的法治观念具有重大意义.通过对这一思想的来源、形成发展阶段及主要内容三方面分析,说明了邓小平法制思想在我国建设社会主义市场经济体制中的作用,最终提出:邓小平法制思想是对中国长期建设和发展的沉思和展望,是对党和国家发展进程的战略性贡献,是新时期我国社会主义法制建设的指导思想.

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on legal system are essential part of Deng Xiaoping's Theory.They show clearly the way forward of establishing socialist market economy and forming socialist legal system with distinct Chinese characteristics.To study the formation of Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on legal system is significant in strengthening the establishment of socialist legal system and in fostering a sense of legality.The source,formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on legal system and analyzed.It is concluded his thoughts are the reflection and prospect of long-term development of China.They are important contributions to our party and our nation and the guiding principles of legalization in China. |
