| 摘 要： | 本文根据我国经济体制改革总体规划要求,适应有计划商品经济的发展,遵循企业经营的系统原理,从动力机制、压力机制、约束机制及协调机制等方面构造了企业经营机制的目标模式,并根据我国现阶段经济体制改革的方向和重点,提出了若干具有一定理论与现实意义的实现措施。
