| 摘 要： | 随着IP电话技术应用的普及,IP电话带来的普遍服务、紧急呼叫、公众安全等系列问题越来越受关注。为了利于对IP电话业务的安全性管理及其健康的发展,本文介绍一种在IP网络对IP电话进行呼叫监控,协议分析以及监听录音的方法。主要讨论H.323语音捕获器的设计和技术实现。
