摘    要:本文由三位作者从建筑物的天然采光、室内照明、室外照明三方面综合论述了照明技术的发展。 天然采光部份,作者从“光气候的观测和研究,阳光在建筑中利用方法的研究等方面,论述了直接利用法和间接利用法的设想和实际应用。 室内照明部份,作者论述了照明与环境质量,强调了照明节能的重要性。对于我国室内照明技术的发展,作者作了简明的评价。 室外明照部份。作者首先指出,为节约能源而采取的“关灯政策”是不合理的,它将导致交通事故增多。为提高室外照明质量和节约能源,应采用高光效电光源,发展高杆照明技术。对于道路照明的评价指标,光干扰等问题,作者也提出了看法。

Abstract:In this paper is discussed the technology of daylighting, indoor and outdoor lighting for the building. As for daylighting, based upon the observation and study of Iuminous environment, the application of sunlight to the building, etc., the assumption and application of daylighting by direct and indirect methods are discussed. As for indoor lighting, are offered the lighting and the environmental quality, the importance of lighting energy con- servation and a brief evaluation of the development of indoor lighting technology in China. As for outdoor lighting, it is pointed out that the "close off policy" for energy conservation is unreasonable owing to the increase of traffic accidents, and that the high intensity light sources and the most lighting should be adopted. Further opinions on the evaluation index of road lighting and the light interference are given.
