纳米Sb2O3阻燃剂的制备新工艺及应用

摘    要:采用沉淀法和金属醇盐水解法制备纳米Sb2O3阻燃剂。研究了制备工艺条件对制得的纳米Sb2O3粒径的影响,得到了粒径最小的纳米Sb2O3的最佳制备工艺。X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)结果表明:纳米Sb2O3为斜方晶形,晶粒粒径分别为40-50nm和30-40nm。并将制得的纳米Sb2O3阻燃剂用于阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料中,提高了阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料的力学性能和阻燃性能。

Abstract:Nanosized Sb2O3 flame retardant was prepared by the methods of sedimentation and hydrolysis of metal alcoholate. The effects of preparation conditions on the particle size of nanosized Sb2O3 were investigated. The optimal preparation conditions of nanosized Sb2O3 with smaller particle size was obtained. The measurement results of X ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) indicated that the crystallization of the nanosized Sb2O3 is or thorhombic with the crystalline size of 40-50nm or 30-40nm. The nanosized Sb2O3 was applied to flame retarded polyethylene (PE) foams. The mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the flame retarded PE foams were increasead.
