| 摘 要： | 阐述了大型预焙电解槽生产初期的特点,及易出现早期破损的机理。根据在某铝厂进行成功实验获取的结果,提出了在大型预焙电解槽生产启动初期的工艺参数设置,以达到电解槽高效、节能、低耗、环保、高槽寿命的目的。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the early failure mechanisms easily happened at the initial production startup stage of high amperage pre-baked cell.Based on the results of successful experiment in a smelter,it puts up the process parameter settings in initial production startup stage for high amperage pre-baked cell in order to realize a high efficiency,low energy consumption,environmental protecton and long service life of the cell. |
