摘    要:根据AMT选-换挡执行机构的设计要求,开发设计了某载重汽车AMT换挡气压系统及换挡执行机构。根据气压原理,建立选-换挡机构动态数学模型,以MATALAB/SIMULINK软件为平台,进行该执行机构换挡过程的动态模型建立,针对不同气源压力下执行机构的进、排气腔的压力和行程变化进行了动态仿真分析,为AMT的选-换挡执行机构的设计研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:A kind of pneumatic system and drive shift mechanism of automated mechanical transmission(AMT)system for heavy-truck was introduced based on the design requests of the drive shift mechanism.The dynamic mathematical model of the drive shift mechanism was established based on pneumatic principle.The dynamic model of this mechanism was built by MATLAB / SIMULINK software.The variety of pressure and stroke of intake/exhaust chamber was simulated under different air pressures.
