铁在碱性溶液中的阳极行为

摘    要:用线性电位扫描、循环伏安、恒电位电解及定性分析方法研究了铁电极在碱性溶液中的阳极行为,结果表明:铁在碱性溶液中只有在较高电位下(>-0.30 V,vs.Hg/HgO)才进入完全钝化区,较低电位下均能发生溶解,产物包括Fe2 和Fe3 .如果碱锰电池正极集流体没有得到很好的保护,铁会溶出,并影响电池的性能.

Abstract:Anodic behavior of iron electrode in alkaline solution was studied by linear potential scan,cyclic voltammetry, electrolysis at constant potential and qualitative analysis. Iron was passivated in alkaline solution at higher potential than (-0.30 V (vs.)Hg/HgO), but it could dissolve into solution under lower potential in the forms of Fe~(2+) and Fe~(3+). The iron in positive current collector of alkaline Zn/MnO_2 battery would dissolve and affect the performance of the battery if the current collector was not well protected.
