镁合金应用现状及铸造技术研究进展

摘    要:介绍了镁合金特点及在电子、汽车、自行车及生物医用材料领域的应用状况;阐述了镁合金的各种铸造成型方法及一些新型工艺的前景;分析了典型的合金元素对镁合金铸件性能的影响。研究表明,开发新型的铸造成型工艺、提升装备水平、通过控制成分提高合金性能是扩大镁合金在各个领域应用的关键。

Abstract:The paper presents the characteristics of magnesium alloys and its applications in fields of electronics, automation, bicycle and biological medical instruments industries. Different kinds of die casting technologies applied to magnesium alloys are introduced in this paper as well as the perspective of some new kinds of process is forecasted. This paper also analyzes the influences of typical alloy elements on magnesium alloy casts performance. The study shows that the key point of expanding the applications of magnesium alloy in different kinds of fields is to develop new kind of casting process, to optimize the equipments and to improve the performance of alloy in way of controlling alloy ingredient.
