摘    要:研究了一种用于高速列车刹车的铜基粉末冶金(Cu—PM)千摩擦材料的制备工艺和配方,与几种相关摩擦材料的特性相比较,得出了几种材料摩擦系数与速度的关系曲线,研究了Cu—PM材料的摩擦磨损性能,做出了该材料磨损随温度变化的曲线,分析了磨损的失效模式,为工程设计提供了实验和理论依据。

Abstract:A new dry friction material of Cu-matrix powder metallurgy(Cu-PM) for high-speed train is investigated.The paper illustrates its crafts and formula, compares its characteristics of friction and wear with other materials, makes the friction coefficient curve and wear curve with velocity, explores its friction and wear characteristics, draws the wear curve varying with temperature change, discusses the wear failure mode, supplies theoretical and experimental data for engineering.
