| Abstract: | Quality evaluation of scientific and technological treatises is a comprehensive index with many elements.This text puts forward a comprehensive index system of scientific and technological treatises which consists of A,the importance of contribution source;B,the level of publications;C,the level or theses;D,the situation of quotation;E,the situation or being quotated;and F,foe social imfluence,etc.The system is discussed in detail. |
