轻型自动循环柜的设计制造及其应用

摘    要:轻型自动循环柜在电子制造业中的应用越来越广,其设计与一般循环柜型有很大区别.介绍了轻型自动循环柜的设计原理、系统结构以及设计要点和制造工艺,分析了轻型自动循环柜的优点,与重型循环柜的不同之处作了比较,分析了轻型自动循环柜在电子制造业中的应用情况,指出设计结构、制造工艺的改进促进了市场的应用推广.

Abstract:Application of vertical cycling cabinet - light load is becoming wider than before in electronic manufacturing. There is much difference between vertical cycling cabinet - light load and general vertical cycling cabinet in design. Introduce the design principle, system structure, design key points and manufacturing process. Analyze the advantage and application in electronic manufacturing. Compare the difference between vertical cycling cabinet -light load and vertical cycling cabinet -heavy load. Point out that improvement of design structure and manufacturing process promotes the application.
