浅议环境温度对锅炉汽包水位测量的影响

摘    要:珠江电厂3号机锅炉汽包左右侧水位测量偏差大,严重影响了热力设备的安全运行。对此,分析了锅炉水位偏差的原因有平衡容器内凝结水温度问题,正负压取样管内凝结水温差的问题及环境温度高的问题,提出了解决的办法-把3号锅炉左侧汽包水位单室平衡器改成U型管,改造后,水位正负压取样管管壁温明显下降,正负取样管的散热性能改善了。仪表测量的准确性得到了保证。

Abstract:A large deviation occurred when measuring water level on the left and right side s of Unit 3 boiler drum in Zhujiang Power Plant, which seriously impacted the sa fety of heating equipment. The deviation was caused by the influence of the cond ensate temperature in the equalizer and the positive /negative sampling tubes as well as by the effect of the high ambient temperature. To solve the problem, th e water level single-chamber equalizer on the left side of the drum was changed into U-tube. After the transformation, the wall temperature of the sampling tu bes was obviously descended, their radiating performance improved, and the measu ring accuracy of the water gauge ensured.
