塑料挤出机双通道智能温度控制系统的设计

摘    要:基于Smith预估补偿理论,结合系统升降温特点及数字PID调节、单片机控制技术,采用加热、冷却双通道控制的方法,设计了一种塑料挤出机温控系统。仿真结果表明:该温控系统能有效克服纯滞后对控制系统稳定性的影响,具有较好的鲁棒性,且系统控制方便,温控系统的控制精度高。

Abstract:A temperature control system for plastic extruding machine based on Smith predicting balance theory is put forward, which adopts the PID control of the system temperature change, SCM(Single Chip Microprocessor) control technique, and the dual channel (heating/cooling)control method. The emulation results show that this temperature control system not only can overcome the effect of dead time on the stability of the control system and offer good robustness, but also is easy to operate with high precision.
