基于NetSolve的并行PCG实现及其性能分析

摘    要:系统地介绍了基于Dell服务器集群的NetSolve系统的体系结构和工作原理。并在该系统上进行了并行实验,采用预条件共轭梯度法(PCG)来求解有限元结构分析中常常需要解的大规模对称正定的线性系统Ax=b,并利用阻塞调用和任务族调用实现了NetSolve并行的PCG,最后对应用的性能进行了分析。

Abstract:The architecture and operational principle of NetSolve system based on Dell workstation cluster are firstly analyzed.Moreover a numerical experiment is given.In this experiment,large symmetric positive definite systems of linear equations Ax=b for application of finite element method with the method of preconditioned conjugate gradients(PCG) is solved.NetSolve-parallel PCG with non-blocking call and farming call are implemented,the performance of it is also presented.
