摘    要:本文采用了面向对象的分析方法,用ROSE和UML对人力资源管理系统分析与建模。通过静态和动态系统分析,以及多角度的系统描述,说明UML在系统开发设计中能加速开发进程,方便地集成现有信息系统资源。从而可以使人力资源管理系统具有适用性和扩展性。

Abstract:In this paper,we adopt the method of OOA. We analyze and design the model of HRMS by using ROSE and UML. After static analyzing and dynamic analyzing for system, along with describing system with more point of view, we explain that UML could accelerate developing course and integrate information resource in the course of developing and designing of system. Accordingly, it could make HRMS with more applicability and expansibility.
