| 摘 要： | 从过程后评价、经济后评价、生态后评价、社会后评价4方面,运用熵权模糊综合评价和层次分析法对采煤塌陷地土地复垦项目进行定性和定量分析。通过研究项目预计目标与实际目标的偏差,评价项目的整体效益。以铜山县柳新和夹河两个采煤塌陷地土地复垦项目为例,进行项目后评价,取得了较为理想的效果。
