基于MCGS组态软件的浮选药剂添加控制系统设计

摘    要:本文采用MCGS组态软件设计的浮选药剂添加控制系统,由监控上位机系统、PLC下位机控制系统以及执行机构等构成。控制系统中设计的隔离措施,不仅可以有效的保护PLC控制模块,也便于在出现故障后检查维修。通过实验室测试,控制系统的药剂添加误差小于2%,达到了设计要求。在工业试验测试中,控制系统运行稳定可靠,药剂添加精度高,满足了生产需求。

Abstract:In this paper, we design the flotation agent adding control system. The system composed of PC monitor system ,PLC hypogynous machine control system and actuator. Isolation design in control system not only effectively protects PLC control module, but also makes convenient inspection and maintenance after potential breakdowns. Through laboratory testing, the error of adding in the control system is found to be less than 2%, which meets the designated requirement. In industrial laboratory testing, the control system functions consistently and stably with high accuracy level in adding, and thus meets the production requirement.
