玉米发酵液中乳酸的分离提纯

摘    要:探索了玉米发酵液中乳酸的分离与提纯方法.主要采用离子交换法进行分离提纯,用减压蒸馏法进行提纯浓缩,得到了很好的分离提纯效果.同时对离子交换过程中温度及流速的影响进行了研究,并用高效液相色谱法对全过程进行了监测.

Abstract:The method of separation and purification of lactic acid (LA) produced in the fermentation of corn was studied.The LA can be separated and purified well by ion exchange resin and concentrated by the technology of vacuum distillation.The effects of temperatures and flow rates in the exchange process were studied.The concentrations of LA in the whole process were monitored by HPLC.
