摘    要:供电可靠性每增加一个百分点,供电企业为改善供电可靠性而增加的费用将急剧增加。为此,引用了国外对配电系统可靠性的一些参考指标及工程计算方法,分别对配电自动化的主要手段——电缆故障指示器及配电管理系统对可靠性提高的影响进行分析,找出实施配电自动化系统的最佳切入点。指出只有当停电费用损失系数达到一个较高的数值时,投资配电管理系统才有适当的投资回报。

Abstract:A power supply enterprise has to increase considerably the costs for improving power supply reliability to enable even a slight rise in it. By use of some relevant reference indices and the engineering computation method abroad, two major means for distribution automation, cable fault indicator and distribution management system (DMS), are analyzed respectively in terms of their effect on improving power supply reliability, and the best way for distribution automation found. It is indicated that appropriate return on investment in DMS can be achieved only when power outage loss coefficient is high enough.
