摘    要:介绍了宝钢冶炼电炉电极夹持器的工作原理和结构特点,建立了电极夹持器结构的力学模型,应用有限元方法计算了位移和应力分布.根据工程实际需要和综合分析,提出了对原结构的改进形式,并通过计算和比较说明改进结构提高了整体结构的安全性能.改进后的结构已应用于实际生产中.

Abstract:The principle of operation and structure features of the electrode clamper of Baosteel Group are simply described. The model of the electrode clamper structure is built and the structure strength of the electrode clamper is analyzed by finite element method. Based on engineering requirement and comprehend analysis, the improvement form of electrode clamper structure is brought forward. Through computation and comparison, the security of improvement structure of electrode clamper is better than primary structure. The electrode clamper with improvement structure is used in Baosteel Group.
