三价铬镀铬阳极研究

摘    要:比较六价铬离子和三价铬离子镀铬工艺的优缺点,综述近年三价铬镀铬工艺中石墨阳极、铅及铅基合金阳极以及DSA阳极的研究进展和应用情况,提出新型不溶性阳极的研究和使用是解决三价铬镀铬工艺中镀液的稳定性、阴极产品质量以及槽电压高等关键问题的有效手段之一,指出通过电沉积的方法制备多元复合电极材料和梯度功能复合电极材料将成为今后研究的主要方向之一。

Abstract:To compare the advantages and disadvantages of hexavalent chrolmium ion and trivalent chrolmium ion. The research progress and application situation of graphite anode, lead and lead base alloy anode, DSA anode in trivalent chromium chromium plating process in recent years is summarized. The fact that research and application of new type insoluble anode is one of effective methods which can solve the key problems such as plating solution stabilization, cathode product quality and tank voltage high in trivalent chromium chromium plating process is proposed. The fact that multi-element com- posite electrode material and functionally gradient composite electrode material produced through electrolytic deposition method is one of the main research directions in future is pointed out.
