| 摘 要： | 提出了工程项目风险预警的基本含义,在此基础上根据企业危机预警系统的组成原理,给出了采用内部风险管理方式的大型施工企业实施工程项目风险预警系统可采用的基本构架,指出实施该系统应执行必要的组织变革,为施工企业风险预警管理提供了一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Conforming to the principle of crisis forewarning system of enterprises,it firstly gives a definition for construction project risk forewarning,then provides a construction project risk forewarning system for large construction enterprises which exercise risk management by themselves.Finally it indicates that executing the system should carry out required organizational reformation.It gives construction enterprises a reference for risk management. |
