异丙苯装置脱丙烷方案优化

摘    要:使用化学级丙烯和炼厂丙烯生产异丙苯时,丙烷脱出方案目前有增加脱丙烷塔方案和苯塔采用分凝器加吸收塔方案两种。通过对这两种方案比较,得出分凝器加吸收塔方案具有设备投资和操作费用低的优势,采用分凝器加吸收塔方案,以化学级丙烯为原料对85kt/a异丙苯装置进行生产模拟计算,并确定了工艺运行参数。

Abstract:Using chemical-grade propylene and refinery-grade propylene to product cumene, two schemes of separating propane could be used: adding propane separation tower and using condenser and absorber in benzene tower. The second scheme was adopted for its lower equipment investment and operating cost. The process parameters using this scheme were confirmed by simulation calculating for the 85 kt/a cumene unit.
