模拟热磨损试验参量的动态测试系统

摘    要:采用磁记录器直接与计算机配接,实现了对模拟热磨损各试验参量的动态测量。分析了测量表面摩擦温度的特殊性,提出采用“可磨式”动态热电偶作为测温传感器可以用来测量摩擦温度。采用专门设计的传感器能较好地测量摩擦系数,并给出了部分试验研究结果。

Abstract:Directly joining magnetic recorder to the microcomputer, we completed dy-namic measuring of wear testing parameters. It is analyzed in this paper thespeciality for measurement of temperature on friction surface. It is shown inpractical measurement of friction surface temperature, the grindable dynamicthermocouple may be used as temperature transducer. For the measurement offriction coefficient the specially designed transducer may be used conveniently.Some research results were given.
