| 摘 要： | 利用NI公司的LabWindows／CVI开发的虚拟经纱张力测试仪，该仪器由传感器、数据调理电路、数据采集、计算机系统及相应的硬件驱动程序和虚拟仪器软件组成。详细介绍了仪器的结构、利用回调函数开发的测试软件，并用该仪器测试了YC-425型喷气织机的动态张力，分析了张力变化的情况。

| Abstract: | Virtual warp tension tester is developed using LabWindows/CVI of NI company. The tester is consisted of sensor, data adjustment circuit, data collection, computer system and corresponding hardware drive program, and virtual instrument software. Instrument structure is introduced, and test software, which use regression function, is also introduced in detail. Dynamic tension of YC-425 air-jet loom is tested using this instrument, and situation of tension variation is also analyzed. |
