| Abstract: | This paper introduces the background, content, style, carrying out measures and results for opening the factory`s affairs to the public system on fact.It states the facts that opening the factory`s affairs to the public is an effective way to fully arouse the enthusiasm of the employee. It`s also an important method for tightening up the enterprise management, promoting the incorruptible construction of the party, intensifying the democratic construction for the base level. The lessons and experience we`ve got can be used for reference. |
