钛矿渣的利用研究

摘    要:本文介绍利用钛矿渣生产道路水泥的研究结果,较系统地介绍了该道路水泥的物理力学性能、抗蚀性能、抗冻性能、抗碳化稳定性、干缩变形性能、耐磨性能与砼性能。试验结果表明,钛矿渣道路水泥性能优良、生产工艺简单、能耗低、生产成本低,是一种应用前景十分广阔的新型道路材料。

Abstract:Titanium slag is a smelting slag produced in production of pig iron using titani-um-and vanadium-containing iron ores as raw feed. The production of road cement using the titanium slag as main additi ves was studied. The main properties of the road cemend such as physical, frozing-resistance, carbonization-resistance, shringkage-resistance and wearability were examined systematically. The results show that titanium slag cement was a new kind of road construction material. It has good properties and simple manufacturing process, its energy costs and operating costs are low, The prospect of its utilization is very wide.
