| 摘 要： | 针对大型电站锅炉普遍存在的因热偏差而导致过热器、再热器超温、爆管等问题，开发了在线故障诊断专家系统。介绍了该系统的设计思想、系统结构、系统功能，并通过实际应用，证明该系统热偏差计算结果与实际温度测量结果相一致，为锅炉爆管事故原因分析提供了有效手段。 |

| Abstract: | The design concept, system structure and function of the on - line diagnosis expert system developed for such problems as overheating and bursting of overheater and reheater resulting from thermal deviation common in large power station boilers are discussed, and actual applications have proved that the calculated thermal deviation of the system is in good agreement with the actual measurement of temperature, and rational basis is therefore provided for trouble shooting of burst boiler pipes. |
