摘    要:Ф7.2 mm 55CrSi油淬火回火弹簧钢丝卷簧过程中断裂。采用带能谱的场发射扫描电镜、金相显微镜和显微硬度计等设备对样品进行分析。结果表明:由于生产油淬火回火弹簧钢丝的弹簧钢线材心部存在严重的成分和组织偏析,造成其冷拔过程中心部偏析带上产生许多"V"字形微裂纹,并遗传到油淬火回火成品弹簧钢丝上,较大的"V"字形裂纹在冷卷簧时强大的外力作用下,迅速扩展形成喇叭状断口。

Abstract:Diameter 7.2 mm 55CrSi oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire fractures in coiling spring process. The sample was analyzed by adopting device such as field emission scanning electron microscopy with energy spectrum, metal- lurgical microscopy and microhardness tester. Results show that serious composition and structure segregation exists in spring steel wire core of producing oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire, which causes many V-type micro cracks produced on central segregation band in wire drawing process, and inherits oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire, larger V-type cracks spread quickly into horn fracture in coiling spring process under the action of external force.
